APPLICATION PROCEDURE

If a request for accessible information or complaint has been rejected, if there is disagreement with the decision, or if the response does not meet the requirements set out in Article 12.5, the interested party may file a claim. A claim can also be initiated if the response is not received within the twenty business days deadline.
The claim may be submitted through the Generic Instance of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation's Electronic Headquarters, as well as through the other options outlined in Law 39/2015 of October 1, the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Claims will be received and processed by the General Subdirectorate of Services Inspection at the Ministry.
